The land extends to approximately 14.4 acre / 5.84 ha and is located on the south side of Main Street (A955) to the west of the village. The site for sale is broadly rectangular lying parallel to the A955 and is relatively flat. To the west of the site is a mature woodland strip which defines the extent of the site and provides a definition to the site. To the south the site is defined by a mature hedgerow and a row of housing. To the east the site is defined by hedge row and mature trees with terraced housing beyond. It is anticipated vehicular access will be taken direct from the A955 to the immediate north of the site.
